· Bookings cancelled more then 48 hours prior to arrival will incur no cancellation fee
· Bookings cancelled between 24 hours to 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
· Bookings cancelled less then 24 hours prior to arrival or failure to arrive will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
